ADMISSION PROCEDURE
In principle, those who wish to study for more than three months will need a "Student Visa".If you obtain a student visa, you can study at a Japanese language school for up to two years. It takes five to six months from student visa application until school enrollment. Our school will apply the student visa on your behalf.
If you wish to study for less than 3 months, by obtaining such as a short-term stay visa by yourself you can study at our school.
Short-term stay visas are issued by Japanese embassies or consulates overseas.
As the conditions for obtaining a visa are different depending on the country of origin, please consult with the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country.

Students with a student visa can enroll four times a year (January, April, July, and October).

Airport transfer service is available from the airport to the dormitory or school. Please provide us with your flight information (arrival date and time, airport name, flight number) at least one week prior to your arrival in order to arrange airport pick-up service. Our school staff will be waiting for you at the arrival gate of the airport.

About Student Visa
- Our school will handle the student visa application process for students who will be studying for more than one year.
- With a student visa, you can study at a Japanese language school for up to two years.
- By obtaining the permission to engage in activities other than permitted under the status of residence, you can work part-time for up to 28 hours a week.
※Occupation restrictions apply - The examination by the Immigration Bureau takes time, and it takes approximately 6 months to obtain a student visa.

Necessary Conditions for Enrollment
- (1)Those who have received 12 years or more of education at a formal school in their home country. Or a person with equivalent educational background.
- (2)Those who are over 18 years old and have clear study objectives as well as willingness for higher education.
- (3)Those who have completed their final education within 5 years. (you will need to explain If there are special circumstances.)
- (4)Those who have passed JLPT N5 or J-TEST F and can render the certificate.
- (5)Those who have someone burdening the expenses necessary for studying abroad in Japan.

- Copy of Japanese language study certificate (Listing 150 hours or more of study hours and attendance rate)

- 5 ID photos (3cm x 5cm)
- Financial Support Document(Format specified by our school )
- Manifestation documents on the relationship between the guarantor and the applicant (Birth certificate, notarized certificate of family relations, etc.)

THOSE WITH A SHORT-TERM STAY VISA/WORKING HOLIDAY VISA
A short-term stay visa allows you to stay in a visa-exempt country for up to 90 days for purposes such as sightseeing, business, visiting friends and relatives, etc.

ABOUT PAYMENT
At CANAAN International Education institute, tuition payment can be made by overseas remittance" or "Flywire".
For overseas remittances, additional fees will be charged. Please note that all fees related to remittance will be borne by the client.

Once your application is confirmed, our school will issue an invoice. Please check the bank information listed on the invoice before proceeding. When making a transfer, please enter the student ID number (7 digits) and student name listed on the invoice in the sender column. After completing the remittance, please notify our school staff. Additionally, the usage statement issued after the remittance is completed will serve as proof of payment, so please keep it well.
