ADMISSION PROCEDURE

STEP1：CHOOSE COURSE DURATION
■Scheduled Study Period: From One Year to Two Years (Those Living Overseas) Who Require a Student Visa

In principle, those who wish to study for more than three months will need a "Student Visa".If you obtain a student visa, you can study at a Japanese language school for up to two years. It takes five to six months from student visa application until school enrollment. Our school will apply the student visa on your behalf.

■Scheduled Study Period: Three Months (Those Living Overseas) Who Don't Require a Student Visa

If you wish to study for less than 3 months, by obtaining such as a short-term stay visa by yourself you can study at our school. Short-term stay visas are issued by Japanese embassies or consulates overseas. As the conditions for obtaining a visa are different depending on the country of origin, please consult with the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country. ■Those Living in Japan Who Require a Student Visa

Applicable to those residing in Japan on family stays, work visas, working holidays, etc. You can take all courses at our school. Please check here for course details. For schedule and other details, please contact us.

STEP2：SELECT ENROLLMENT PERIOD
■Those Who Wish to Enroll on a Student Visa

Students with a student visa can enroll four times a year (January, April, July, and October).
For those applying for a student visa, there is a set deadline for application. Please contact us as soon as possible.

■Enroll without a Student Visa but Other Visa Types

There are four enrollment times per year (January, April, July, and October).
Please contact us as soon as possible.

STEP3：FOR YOUR OPTION (STUDENT DORMITORY/AIRPORT TRANSFER)
■About the Student Domitory

If you want to stay in a student dormitory, please contact us. ▶About the dormitory

■About Airport Transfer

Airport transfer service is available from the airport to the dormitory or school. Please provide us with your flight information (arrival date and time, airport name, flight number) at least one week prior to your arrival in order to arrange airport pick-up service. Our school staff will be waiting for you at the arrival gate of the airport.

About Student Visa

  • Our school will handle the student visa application process for students who will be studying for more than one year.
  • With a student visa, you can study at a Japanese language school for up to two years.
  • By obtaining the permission to engage in activities other than permitted under the status of residence, you can work part-time for up to 28 hours a week.
    ※Occupation restrictions apply
  • The examination by the Immigration Bureau takes time, and it takes approximately 6 months to obtain a student visa.
  • About obtaining a student visa, please consult with us as soon as possible.

Necessary Conditions for Enrollment

  1. (1)Those who have received 12 years or more of education at a formal school in their home country. Or a person with equivalent educational background.
  2. (2)Those who are over 18 years old and have clear study objectives as well as willingness for higher education.
  3. (3)Those who have completed their final education within 5 years. (you will need to explain If there are special circumstances.)
  4. (4)Those who have passed JLPT N5 or J-TEST F and can render the certificate.
  5. (5)Those who have someone burdening the expenses necessary for studying abroad in Japan.

  • Statement of reason for applying our school (Format designated by our school)
  • Explanation of your career path after graduating from a Japanese language school
    (If more than 5 years have passed since your final education) (Format designated by our school)
  • Graduation certificate of final education/certificate of expected graduation (original)
  • Academic transcript of final education
  • Certificate of employment (Only if you have working experience.)
  • Copy of Japanese language study certificate (Listing 150 hours or more of study hours and attendance rate)
  • Copy of JLPT or NAT-test certificate etc.(If you have one.)
  • Copy of passport (If you have a passport.)
  • 5 ID photos (3cm x 5cm)
Expense Gurantor
  • Financial Support Document（Format specified by our school ）
  • Manifestation documents on the relationship between the guarantor and the applicant (Birth certificate, notarized certificate of family relations, etc.)
  • Deposit balance certificate
  • Copy of bankbook (Past year)
  • Certificate of employment
  • Income certificate / Tax payment certificate (For the past year)
  • Copy of residence card

THOSE WITH A SHORT-TERM STAY VISA/WORKING HOLIDAY VISA

A short-term stay visa allows you to stay in a visa-exempt country for up to 90 days for purposes such as sightseeing, business, visiting friends and relatives, etc. Short-term stay visas are issued by Japanese embassies or consulates overseas. As the conditions for obtaining them vary depending on the country of origin, please check with the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country.

About Tuition Payment

Once your application is confirmed, our school will issue an invoice. Please check the bank information listed on the invoice before proceeding. When making a transfer, please enter the student ID number (7 digits) and student name listed on the invoice in the sender column. After completing the remittance, please notify our school staff. Additionally, the usage statement issued after the remittance is completed will serve as proof of payment, so please keep it well.
